This role will require you to utilize your retail experience strategically to develop direct sales strategies, merchandising, and effective POS placements. Ideal candidates will bring strong communication and sales skills, stability in territory management, and a proactive approach to client engagement. Availability for travel within your territory is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute sales programs and negotiate with retailers
• Build impactful displays to drive sales in-store
• Develop strong relationships with grocery and mass retailers
• Address store-level issues efficiently and professionally
• Report performance and track progress via reporting tools
Requirements:
• Sales experience is a must
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Must possess a vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office needed
• Willingness to lift items and manage territory travel
