We’re seeking a Manager, IT Infrastructure & Security to lead the infrastructure function across servers, networks, desktops, security and core platforms. Reporting into the IT Director, this role owns the stability, performance and security of the technology environment while leading a team of 5 infrastructure professionals. This is a hands on leadership role, suited to someone who has grown from a technical background and enjoys balancing people leadership with technical problem solving and project delivery. What’s in it for you Lead infrastructure and security for an organisation supporting around 700 users across office and production Highly visible role with direct impact on uptime, performance and business productivity Strong accountability culture with leaders who coach, listen and support development Opportunity to drive change across infrastructure, security and site based technology Salary $130,000 to $135,000, 7.5% discretionary bonus, 100% employer paid benefits from day 1, RRSP up to 3.5% match, 3 weeks vacation, cell phone stipend You’ll be responsible for Leading and developing a small team including Sys Admin, Network Admin and IT Specialists Owning servers, networks, storage, desktops, peripherals and security controls Delivering multiple concurrent infrastructure and change projects Ensuring high system uptime, performance and security compliance Partnering closely with internal teams, stakeholders and site leaders You’ll need 5+ years experience in IT infrastructure with leadership responsibility Strong Microsoft Windows environment experience and understanding of virtualisation Exposure to Nutanix, VMware or similar platforms Manufacturing, CPG or very similar multi site operational experience A proactive, accountable and relationship driven leadership style Location: This is a 100% in office role based in Langley, BC. Very limited travel to other sites 1 to 2 times per year. Shift options include Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, or 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch.
