As the Digital Fulfillment Team Lead, you will coordinate daily activities, assist with task completion, and provide top-tier customer interactions. Your role involves communication with associates, conducting team huddles, and evaluating presentation standards on the sales floor. You will also contribute to a safe work environment by ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist with inquiries
• Coordinate task completion priorities and delegate tasks
• Assess departmental presentation and implement improvements
• Communicate updates and set goals during team huddles
• Facilitate training and feedback for associates
Requirements:
• Minimum age of 16 years
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to promote products effectively
• Experience in a retail environment preferred
• Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace
