Deliver excellent customer service at Dollar Tree as a part-time Customer Service Associate in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia. Support shoppers, transactions, and store operations daily.
This Customer Service Associate role focuses on customer questions, product recommendations, cash register transactions, and merchandise recovery. You will help maintain stock levels, receive deliveries, protect company assets, and keep the store clean. Professional communication and problem-solving support positive customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with questions and product recommendations
- Manage sales transactions at assigned cash registers
- Maintain cash security and protect company assets
- Recover merchandise and keep the store well-stocked
- Clean store areas and restock bathrooms as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or related customer service experience highly preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship management skills
- Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds and meet physical demands
