POSITION DESCRIPTION:Our building located in Montreal North is currently looking for a resident concierge for its rental building. Are you known for being versatile, good with your hands, and highly organized? You're the person we're looking for ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: All other related tasks Be available to respond to emergencies Clean entryways and common areas Clear and salt the entrances Keep the work environment clean Maintain and clean the premises Maintain property areas and systems Make service calls Manage apartment renovations in accordance with the program established by general management/the general manager Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas Preventive maintenance on equipment Supervise the maintenance of the equipment Taking out the trash EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: A DEP in general builing maintenance (as asset) BENEFITS: Referral Program Condo Vacation Schedule adapted to your needs and operations (flexible) Recognition program JOB STATUS: Permanent: Full Time JOB SCHEDULE: Day time
