We are looking for a Privacy Associate who enjoys working collaboratively, providing practical solutions to clients, and contributing to a supportive team environment. Qualifications: 3+ years of post‑call experience in privacy law Experience advising employers on privacy legislation including PIPA, FOIPPA, PIPEDA Experience supporting clients with: Access to information requests Privacy impact assessments Data governance and security matters Cyber security and data breach response Privacy management programs and policies Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills with a practical, solution‑focused approach A client‑service mindset with the ability to provide clear, business‑oriented advice Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a collaborative, team‑based environment Interest in ongoing professional development and mentorship Member in good standing of the Law Society of British Columbia (or eligibility for transfer) Commitment to a management‑side practice in Vancouver or Kelowna.
