Days, evenings, and weekend rotating shift. Required to work Statutory Holidays. PAY RATE: $27.46- 30.17 DESCRIPTION OF CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Support individuals to live with dignity, in line with the values and ethics of Community Living Cambridge. To uphold confidentiality of all individuals. To assist and facilitate participants in all life skill activities. Maintain primary caseload responsibilities to individuals assigned including maintain records, finances, programs, contacts with family and other professionals. To carry out resident programs and other duties as outlined in the job description. FORMAL EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Completed post-secondary education in a field related to developmental services or social services. Minimally this means a 2-year college diploma program. Sensitivity to and understanding of the needs and rights of person with developmental disabilities. Previous experience working with people who have disabilities and mental health will be an asset. Must be strong team player, motivator and be well organized. Must have a valid driver’s license. Must have working knowledge of ShareVision, and MS Office. Must have an overall good work record with CLC. Must be able to perform the essential duties of the role.
