This full-time position requires a proactive approach to identify maintenance needs across residential and commercial venues. You will maintain property appearances, manage cleaning tasks, and report on conditions as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness in grounds and common areas
• Clean building floors through sweeping and mopping
• Service and supply restrooms with necessary toiletries
• Clean and maintain vacant apartments and units
• Perform daily inspections in all common areas
Requirements:
• 2 years of general cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and in team settings
• Strong organizational skills for effective time management
• Valid “G” license and clean drivers abstract
• Maintain focus while working individually
