This is an in-office role in Oakville, ON , ideal for candidates who want hands-on exposure, mentorship, and a clear growth path—not just a routine desk job. Your Role As a Growth & Customer Success Coordinator , you’ll support client success while learning how strategy turns into measurable results. You’ll work closely with senior team members across SEO, Paid Media, and Creative teams. You will: Support client onboarding and ongoing communication Assist in building and executing digital marketing strategies (SEO, Paid Ads, Content, Web) Help track campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools Participate in client performance calls and internal strategy discussions Coordinate tasks between internal teams to ensure timely delivery Learn how KPIs, budgets, and growth metrics are managed Develop strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills This role is designed to grow into a strategist or account manager position over time.
