As a critical member of our team, you will oversee the parts department, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality customer service. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive profitability while maintaining customer loyalty and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure optimal inventory levels and order parts efficiently
• Supervise and mentor parts department personnel
• Enhance customer satisfaction through proficient service
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
• Prepare financial reports on department performance
Requirements:
• At least 3-5 years in a parts management role
• Comprehensive understanding of automotive parts
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Proficient in using dealership management software
• Financial acumen to monitor departmental budgets
