Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. Create and optimize data models using Power BI Desktop and optimize DAX measures and calculations. Perform data transformation using Power Query (M language). Integrate data from multiple sources (SQL databases, Excel, APIs, cloud sources). Ensure performance optimization and data accuracy. Implement row‑level security (RLS) and manage access controls. Schedule data refreshes and maintain Power BI Service. Troubleshoot and resolve data and report issues. Document BI solutions and provide user training/support. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI. Proficiency in DAX and Power Query. Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Experience in data modeling (star/snowflake schema). Understanding of data warehousing concepts. Experience with Power BI Service, workspaces, and gateways. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
