As a Lead with Retailors Sports Inc., the official Nike operating partner in Canada, you will support store activities. Apply retail experience, leadership, cash handling, and Microsoft Office knowledge. Provide expertise in Shipping and Receiving, cashier duties, or visual merchandise while supporting brand plans and company initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect customers with products through service and sales techniques
- Perform associate activities across all store departments
- Handle complex transactions and customer service situations
- Set employee priorities and develop short-term plans
- Prepare statistical and narrative store activity reports
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of retail experience
- One or more years of leadership experience
- Cash handling and basic computer skills
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
