Rôle:

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) avocat(e) ayant plus de 5 ans d'expérience en droit immobilier transactionnel pour joindre l'équipe de notre client.


L'avocat(e) engagé(e) à ce poste sera impliqué(e) dans des transactions immobilières substantielles, complexes et de grande envergure, et travaillera sur une grande variété de transactions liées au développement immobilier, aux baux commerciaux et aux matières transactionnelles. Considéré comme un « leader » du marché, notre département est à la recherche des candidat(e)s ambitie(ux/uses), proacti(fs/ves) et aimant travailler sur des transactions à forte visibilité pour rejoindre l'un des cabinets immobiliers les plus stimulants et actifs au niveau national.


Qualifications:

  • Expérience en tant qu'avocat dans un cabinet juridique réputé
  • Membre du Barreau du Québec
  • Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en français et en anglais
  • Aptitude à travailler au sein d'une équipe au rythme rapide
  • Capacité de gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et à travailler efficacement de manière indépendante et en équipe
  • Engagement à dépasser les attentes des clients
  • Excellente maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (en particulier Outlook, Word et Excel)

Role:

Our client is seeking a lawyer with 5 years or more of Real Estate Law experience to join its team.

A lawyer hired in this position will manage and participate in meaningful, complex and sizeable real estate transactions, and work in a broad variety of related property development, commercial leasing and transactional matters. Considered a market leader, our department is looking for candidates who are ambitious, proactive, and enjoy working on large-scale transactions to join one of the most exciting real estate practices in the country.


Qualifications:

  • Experience as a lawyer in a high-caliber legal practice (Minimum 3 years)
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced teamThe ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • A commitment to exceeding client expectations
  • Membership to the Québec Bar
