This part-time leadership role requires strong supervision and management of cleaning staff. You'll handle recruitment, mentoring, and performance management to achieve high client standards. In addition, you will oversee cleaning operations, conducting inspections and consultations to maintain service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and train cleaning personnel effectively
• Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback
• Conduct quality assurance inspections and meetings
• Manage cleaning supply inventory and equipment
• Liaise with the Property Manager on project tasks
Requirements:
• 1-3 years supervisory experience in cleaning
• High school diploma required
• Excellent organizational and management skills
• Flexibility for overtime, nights, and weekends
• Problem-solving abilities within established procedures
Lead the cleaning team to maintain high standards and deliver quality results at Commercial Cleaning Services.
