Toronto cooks can choose flexible shifts with Stellar Personnel while preparing ingredients and cooking requested items. Full-time and part-time schedules are available.
Stellar Personnel is seeking cooks for clients across Toronto, including catering companies, restaurant groups, corporate kitchens, event venues, retirement homes, and stadiums. The work suits cooks with restaurant, catering, or event venue experience. Staff may select shifts based on availability, with permanent full-time positions also available. Compensation is $20 to $22 per hour, depending on experience and skill set.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up workstations for assigned cooking shifts
- Prepare ingredients according to requested items
- Cook items as requested by clients
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Follow food health and safety procedures
Requirements:
- At least two years of experience as a cook
- Restaurant, catering, or event venue cooking experience
- Availability to work one to seven days weekly
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
