Overview Location Address: Hybrid - Toronto – 2 days/week (Tuesdays/Thursdays)Contract Duration: 12 monthsPossibility of extension & conversion to FTENumber of Positions: 1Schedule Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday; standard 37.5 hrs/weekReason: Additional WorkloadRole: Senior Product Manager, Business Digital Enablement CRM Solutions Story Behind the Need Business group: IB Retail Value Proposition – International banking retail includes different international countries mainly LatAm operations, this specific one covers ECR, DR and Peru and Chile – working in business and digital lines for retail banking for those areas Project: Product Manager for CRM Retail Project for next 1.5 years – modernization of customer relationship system, platform that advisors use in the branches, the platform (Sales Platform) is 9+ years old, the platform is being modernized to a new one Retail Plus (in house platform) - platform is to manage relationship with clients and to action campaigns there, to manage portfolio with clients and for reporting purposes – phase: has already been implemented in Chile, so will be re-using some of the components, functionalities to replicate in the other regions, so there is a template Candidate Value Proposition: The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with international stakeholders, exposure to a high-visibility digital project, work in close partnership with consumer and small business teams, for a top 5 Canadian Bank. Responsibilities As Senior Manager, Business Digital Enablement CRM Solutions, you will contribute to the oversight and strategic design of CRM primary product capabilities in IB Retail & Digital Banking, to drive client experience and to build primacy across the target IB Retail Segments while ensuring the business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed / delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. The incumbent acts as a Sr. Product Manager and manages the design and deployment front-line tools and solutions across our international markets for retail and small business segments. As a Sr. Product Manager, you will manage the definition, design, implementation and operational integrity of the enterprise wide IB Retail Business Digital Enablement roadmap, depending on the area of specialization (but not limited): Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology (iCRM, Sales Platform, Salesforce), and campaign/portfolio management technology. The incumbent will work in close partnership with teams in Consumer Analytics, Digital Banking, Global Banking Technology, Global Operations, local business lines and the rest of the Consumer & Small Business team to identify, define and build innovative technology solutions for customers to deepen relationships and their engagement with products and solutions. Lead user led design sessions with front line users to ensure product design is reflective of the needs of the user Sr. Product Manager for IB Retail & Digital CRM solutions — define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap; translate business goals into clear and actionable product plans. Aligns IB CRM Capability Map with distribution and segments team focussing on growth segments Utilize data and analytics to identify user needs, track product performance, and make informed decisions. Conduct market research, user testing, and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and customer expectations Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and QA, in an Agile/Scrum environment. Drive the product development process, manage sprints, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features. Take ownership of your work, demonstrating a proactive and results-oriented approach. Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex challenges with minimal supervision. Define and lead change management framework to assist in the implementation and adoption of any new technologies / functionalities deployed. Foster effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and external partners. Present product updates, roadmap plans, and insights to key stakeholders and executive management. Utilize industry-standard tools and platforms such as Confluence, Jira and Figma to manage product development, track key metrics, and collaborate with the team effectively. Candidate Requirements / Must Have Skills 3+ years’ experience as a Product Manager in a highly cross-functional, cross-cultural environment Bilingual in Spanish + English required (professional proficiency in both) 2+ years’ Agile experience 2+ years’ experience with Jira, Confluence Experience building and deploying technology solutions such as CRM from a business standpoint Nice-To-Have Skills Experience deploying digital solutions in a fast-changing environment that drive P&L Banking/FI experience Strong knowledge of other consumer and small business technologies including origination, core bank, risk and other systems Soft Skills Required Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, presentation skills and the ability to influence senior executives Relationship management skills Strong communication skills Education Bachelor’s degree – financial management, business fields preferred Agile/Product Owner certifications an asset Best vs. Average Candidate Ideal candidate is a strong business Product Manager who is fully bilingual in Spanish/English, with Agile experience and strong experience deploying digital technology platforms in banking Candidate Review & Selection 2-3 rounds – MS Teams/ in person – 30 minutes-1 hour – behavioral, scenario based 1st round – with HM2nd round – with Head3rd with – VP Hiring Manager’s availability to interview ASAP #J-18808-Ljbffr
