Lead store standards and staff engagement as an Assistant Front Store Manager at Shoppers Drug Mart in Toronto. Full-time work is based at 1027 Yonge St.
This Assistant Front Store Manager supports the Front Store Manager with human, physical, and financial resources. The role focuses on customer experience, traffic, profitability, and blue culture. You will coordinate labour scheduling, productivity, hiring, and staff development with the Management Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Store Standards, including the backroom
- Lead and motivate staff through Core Values
- Help manage labour scheduling with the FSM
- Use WorkForce Management to maximize labour productivity
- Support hiring across departments excluding Pharmacy
Requirements:
- Provide effective leadership, mentorship, and staff development
- Prioritize activities quickly when initiatives change
- Organize and plan effectively with the Management Team
- Demonstrate superior coaching and communication skills
- Build relationships with internal and external agencies
