In this role, you will translate product requirements into detailed implementation plans and verify the work of AI agents, ensuring correctness through comprehensive testing. Building end-to-end software solutions for Unity Video products worldwide, you will also contribute actively to team performance through technical mentorship and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and direct AI coding agents for feature implementation
• Translate feature requests into actionable plans and tests
• Design rigorous verification strategies for unit tests
• Mentor peers and foster collaboration across the team
• Contribute to DevOps tooling and build pipelines
Requirements:
• 4+ years in software engineering with complex applications
• Expertise in CI/CD and test automation techniques
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Familiarity with git worktrees and parallel workflows
• Experience in streaming/media or verification-heavy domains
