Build precision components for Stream-Flo as a night shift CNC Machinist using Mazak Integrex equipment and strong mechanical aptitude. Monday through Thursday hours apply.
This CNC Set-Up Operator role supports safe, efficient machining from 4:15 PM to 2:15 AM, Monday through Thursday. The position requires careful attention to tolerances, product quality, and process traveler requirements. You will collaborate with Programming and Industrial Engineering, maintain tooling and fixture inventory, and document job time in the ERP system. The work also includes identifying non-conformances, reporting equipment issues, and contributing to continuous improvement. Out-of-province applicants will be offered relocation assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain safe, efficient CNC machine operations and productivity
- Stamp machinist IDs and restore removed heat numbers
- Follow work orders, travelers, job sheets, and ERP procedures
- Report machine, crane, and hoist problems through maintenance logs
- Contribute to continuous improvement and operational best practices
Requirements:
- Five years operating Mazak Integrex or equivalent CNC machines
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and workplace safety
- Dimensional measurement experience and tolerance knowledge required
- Mechanical aptitude with tooling, inserts, and fixtures
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
