Key Responsibilities Lead the design, analysis, and review of complex structural systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and client specifications. Serve as the technical authority on project teams, providing mentorship and ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet deadlines. Develop innovative structural concepts that optimize functionality and cost-efficiency, leveraging the latest industry tools and methodologies. Collaborate with architects, clients, and other stakeholders to translate project requirements into practical engineering solutions. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external consultants to ensure seamless integration across project phases. Present technical proposals and project updates to clients and executive leadership, fostering trust and clarity. Oversee review processes to identify potential structural risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure all designs adhere to regulatory codes, safety standards, and best practices, championing quality in every aspect of the work scope. Qualifications 8‑15 years of experience in structural design, project management, or a related field, preferably within a consulting or engineering firm. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with building codes, standards, and sustainability practices applicable to structural engineering. Familiar with ISO quality management system. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of guiding technical teams toward successful project delivery. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders. A proactive mindset with problem‑solving capabilities and a commitment to continuous learning and innovation.
