Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced PEGA Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business analysis with specialized expertise in the PEGA platform. As a PEGA Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and designing solutions using PEGA's BPM (Business Process Management) software. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications that drive the development of innovative PEGA-based solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for PEGA-based projects.
  2. Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories.
  3. Work closely with PEGA developers to ensure that solutions align with business needs and technical requirements.
  4. Conduct workshops and meetings to gather requirements, facilitate discussions, and drive consensus among stakeholders.
  5. Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation using PEGA technology.
  6. Perform gap analysis to identify areas where PEGA solutions can address business challenges and enhance efficiency.
  7. Participate in the design and configuration of PEGA applications, including data models, user interfaces, and integration points.
  8. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to define test cases and ensure that solutions meet quality standards.
  9. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for PEGA applications, including identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  10. Stay informed about the latest developments in PEGA technology and recommend best practices for implementation.


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on PEGA technology.
  3. Strong understanding of BPM concepts and methodologies, with hands-on experience using PEGA software.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
  5. Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  6. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA for project management and issue tracking.
  7. PEGA certification(s) preferred, such as Certified PEGA Business Architect (CPBA) or Certified PEGA System Architect (CPSA).
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results on schedule.
