Serve Fountain Tire Crowfoot customers as an Automotive Service Advisor using customer service, tire knowledge, and mechanical recommendations.
This full-time Service Advisor role supports vehicle service from booking through follow-up. You will create work orders, coordinate technicians, provide quotes, and finalize sales. Success requires listening skills, automotive experience, and working knowledge of tires and mechanical services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create work orders and arrange technician bookings
- Provide quotes and obtain customer work authorization
- Recommend tire, wheel, and mechanical services
- Process billing and customer information accurately
- Complete customer follow-up and satisfaction calls
Requirements:
- At least one year automotive repair or tire industry experience
- Mechanical service quoting experience is an asset
- Effective listening skills for identifying customer needs
- Knowledge of passenger, light truck, and specialty tires
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory Driver’s Abstract
