Build, refine, and implement operational frameworks that drive efficiency and quality, fostering continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with executive leaders, especially the CEO, to develop strategic plans aligned with growth goals. Cultivate trust and high integrity by mentoring, supporting, and empowering team members across geographies. Create and execute a 90‑day plan to facilitate smooth transitions and lasting change. Support ongoing projects, including innovative approaches to coverage calculations and performance tracking. Establish and lead effective reporting structures, managing remote and hybrid teams with transparency. Qualifications 10+ years of leadership experience in insurance, with a strong background in claims, underwriting, or risk management. Proven success in building teams, driving operational improvements, and leading through change with integrity. Hands‑on leadership style, comfortable managing complex projects directly with teams. Exceptional communication and mentoring skills, fostering trust and collaboration. Experience developing operational strategies, frameworks, and efficiency initiatives in a dynamic environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus. Willingness to travel regularly between Waldheim and Saskatoon to support team cohesion and leadership impact.
