Position Overview As the Lead Product Designer at Yuna, you will own the end-to-end design of Yuna’s product across mobile and web. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and wants real ownership. You’ll partner closely with product, engineering, and leadership to shape what we build and why we build it. Your role will be wide reaching, with a significant amount of both ownership and ambiguity. Some of your main responsibilities will be: Deeply understand our users, what motivates them, and what they need out of a mental health solution Move from through the design process, from wireframes that address both user and business needs, to prototyping, and finally implementing high-fidelity designs alongside our world class front end engineers Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure we are providing our users with the best experience possible Continuously evaluate and improve the design based on user feedback and analytics Contribute to sales and marketing initiatives through impactful design strategies Location: Remote (Can work anywhere in the world , but must be willing to overlap at least 4 hours with PST) Employment Type: Full Time What You Should Bring Experience: 6+ years in user experience design. Experience owning the end-to-end design of a product Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) Strong understanding of product development and willingness to help troubleshoot, QA, etc. Soft Skills: Very strong communication, high adaptability, passion for both mental health and AI, ownership experience, and a relentless drive What We Offer A high-growth environment and own design across all aspects of an organization Remote first culture.
