Keep Custom Castings clean, safe, and organized through janitorial support and production-area maintenance in an aluminum casting facility.
As a Janitor/Production Support team member, you will maintain workplace cleanliness across production and shared spaces. The role includes uniform program management, waste handling, and outdoor upkeep. You will also support snow clearing and facility organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean production areas, lunchrooms, washrooms, offices, and common areas
- Manage the employee uniform program
- Empty and secure former employees' lockers
- Empty garbage and recycling bins throughout the facility
- Clear entrances, walkways, and building perimeter debris
Requirements:
- Manufacturing environment experience
- Janitorial, custodial, or industrial cleaning experience is an asset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
