As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will work under an Architect or Senior Designer on an intermediate-level Architect Intern design role. Develop architectural schematics, space programming, site planning, building forms, sections, and details. Contribute across institutional, education, commercial, retail, and healthcare projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop designs under Senior Architect direction
- Coordinate architectural designs with engineers and specialists
- Evaluate client and project architect design changes
- Manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
- Prepare deliverables across project phases
Requirements:
- One year of technologist experience across varied projects
- Strong BIM knowledge and Revit proficiency
- Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
- Knowledge of building codes and zoning processes
- Submit samples of best work
