As a Night Leader (Team Leader Trainee) you will help create a fun, safe, and unique shopping experience for our customers. Your typical duties include leading Team Members in your department, responding to inquiries, providing product knowledge, supporting on‑the‑job training, maintaining a safe environment, managing loss prevention, merchandising products, and ensuring the warehouse is tidy and inventory is allocated correctly. Hours are 9:30 pm to 6:00 am. Your responsibilities Lead and mentor Team Members. Respond to customer and Team Member inquiries with category‑specific product knowledge. Provide on‑the‑job training and development for Team Members. Maintain a safe, respectful work environment. Manage loss prevention processes. Merchandise products and manage inventory allocation. You’ll fit in great if you Genuinely care about our customers’ shopping experience. Take initiative and work well with minimal supervision. Have demonstrated leadership skills and previous experience in retail or another service industry. Enjoy working with people. Be respectful, upfront, and act with integrity.
