Deliver personal care with Bloom Care Solutions as a Personal Support Worker, using compassion, clear communication, and professional client support.
Bloom is a growing Digital Health Technology and Services company focused on improving care experiences. This Personal Support Worker position requires PSW certification or a diploma, First Aid and CPR Level C, and strong time management. You will support activities of daily living, client independence, safe transfers, and communication with families and healthcare staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care to clients with compassion and integrity
- Support meals, light housekeeping, laundry, and daily living
- Assist clients with safe ambulation and transfers
- Promote client independence and emotional support
- Communicate clearly with clients, families, and stakeholders
Requirements:
- PSW certification or diploma
- First Aid and CPR Level C certificate
- Vulnerable Sector Screening within one year
- Current two-step TB test and immunizations
- Confidential, professional, independent, and collaborative work style
