Senior Backend Engineer

Accountabilities Architect and implement distributed, scalable, and high-performance backend systems. Develop and maintain services for smart contract integration with blockchain protocols. Build and optimize data pipelines for blockchain data ingestion and analytics. Collaborate with product, frontend, platform, and infrastructure teams to enhance system performance. Establish technical best practices, mentor team members, and raise engineering standards. Explore and adopt emerging blockchain technologies to address critical business challenges. Requirements BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of backend development experience, with at least 3 years on large-scale, enterprise-grade distributed systems. Strong experience in Golang; experience with TypeScript/Node.js is a plus. Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, including DynamoDB, KMS, SQS, Lambda). Prior blockchain or Web3 experience is preferred, but a strong interest in learning is also valuable. Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Benefits Competitive salary ($158,000 to $198,000, depending on experience and location).
