Build HVAC service skills with Reliance as a Junior Installer, repairing equipment and supporting customers in field and warehouse assignments.
This Junior Installer position supports Reliance customers through HVAC repairs, maintenance, and water heater installation assistance. You will work with manufacturer specifications and local codes while learning within a customer service-oriented, multifunctional team. The role also involves gas appliance safety, customer instruction, communication, and problem solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain HVAC equipment and accessories professionally
- Follow manufacturer specifications and applicable local codes
- Ensure safe operation of gas appliances
- Instruct customers on proper care and maintenance
- Support service, water heater installation, and warehouse assignments
Requirements:
- Completed Grade 12 or equivalent
- Hold a Class 5 Driver’s License
- Communicate clearly in written and verbal interactions
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Work rotating shifts and standby duties when required
Use HVAC maintenance, customer communication, and problem-solving skills while developing as a Junior Installer with Reliance.
