The Building Maintenance Specialist position at BBA offers the chance to engage directly with facility operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect premises to meet safety standards
• Adjust and maintain essential building systems
• Perform minor repairs and manage subcontractor work
• Execute painting and general repairs regularly
• Ensure maintenance of corporate vehicles
Requirements:
• Experience in building maintenance necessary
• Valid driver’s license for commuting
• Some knowledge of MS Office applications
• Proficient in English and French for client interactions
• Experience in maintenance work is a plus
