This internship is designed for those eager to develop golf instruction skills while contributing to a well-established Summer Academy program. You will help teach guests, assist in managing clubs, and provide essential support to new associates entering the field. Experience the synergy of sports and guest service firsthand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Help manage the Summer Academy program effectively
• Deliver golf instruction tips to guests
• Assist with club repair for loaners
• Support the training of new staff in golf basics
• Maintain student records using the CRM
Requirements:
• Enrolled in a Professional Golf Management program
• Previous golf industry experience preferred
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Must work varied hours including evenings
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb. and work in all weather
Cultivate golf management skills while gaining hands-on experience in customer engagement and operational tasks at our celebrated Summer Academy.
