As a specialist in client services, you will directly coordinate with environmental clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction. Ownership of client projects from start to finish is crucial, along with effective communication with technical teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide trusted support to environmental clients
• Develop strong professional relationships through ongoing communication
• Understand clients' expectations and analytical requirements
• Oversee the client journey from submission to analysis
• Communicate laboratory updates and project timelines
Requirements:
• Science-related degree or diploma preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years in laboratory or customer service roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Experience with LIMS is beneficial
