Position Overview Compugen is looking for a Deskside Support Analyst for an initial 3 month contract starting in January. This role is onsite. Key Responsibilities Diagnose issues related to authorized operating systems and application software. Resolve software-related problems or conflicts. Verify software functionality through testing. Install, configure, tune, and manage desktops, laptops, notebooks, and peripherals. Maintain a high level of customer service. Skills & Qualifications Experience with common desktop, laptop, and tablet models. Proficiency in Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365. Familiarity with remote access software (client-side). Support for widely used mobile devices in North America. Post‑Secondary degree or diploma in IT/Computer Science. 1 to 3 years’ experience in providing onsite technical support. Demonstrated high level of proficiency in Deskside & Office hardware and software. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency of service. Good administration skills and attention to details. Good verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and client service skills. High performing deskside engineer.
