In this role as a Senior Brand Ambassador, you’ll engage customers with the AEO Selling Model, helping them find products that fit their needs. Your enthusiasm for the brand will shine as you introduce guests to the loyalty program and product details. Flexibility in various store zones is key, as well as a positive attitude towards customer service and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers using the AEO Selling Model
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product offerings
• Promote the AEO loyalty program to guests
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, and Fitting Room
• Resolve guest concerns effectively and politely
Requirements:
• Passion for AE and Aerie products
• Previous retail experience is preferred
• Availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Energetic attitude suited for a fast-paced environment
• Must be at least 18 years old
