We’re seekingmotivated, outgoing Roofing Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is a1099 contractor position ideal for individuals with strong people skills, a drive for success, and a passion for helping homeowners protect their biggest investment. Responsibilities Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs and present tailored solutions. Deliver professional consultations, estimates, and contracts with confidence and clarity. Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships through the sales cycle. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Represent Reese Roofing & Construction with integrity, professionalism, and pride. Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred (roofing, construction, or home improvement industries a plus). Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
