From advocating for seat belts, air bags and graduated driving laws, to being an industry leader in pricing sophistication, telematics, and, more recently, device and identity protection.**Job Description**The Sales Agent Senior Consultant II is accountable for producing sales, marketing, and prospecting to attract and generate new Allstate customers. The Business Development Agent is required to generate sales leads through the development of their Centers of Influence network in order to deliver the highest-level plan results and performance metrics.### Key Responsibilities• Monitor sales metrics and achieve monthly sales targets and outcomes• Implement and adhere to established underwriting guidelines and practices to establish, build and maintain a profitable book of business• Comply with quality targets as established by the organization• Create, implement, and review effective business plans, prospecting, and marketing initiatives to generate leads and achieve defined business results• Establish and grow the target customer base through Allstate sales ‘best practices’, processes and professional customer relationship building practices• Educate and recommend coverages based upon individual customers’ needs about Allstate’s suite of insurance products.• Provide professional service to customers and business partners that build customer satisfaction, loyalty, and a superior customer experience.### Education• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)### Experience• 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)### Supervisory Responsibilities• This job does not have supervisory duties.### Education & Experience (in lieu)• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.**Joining our team isn’t just a job — it’s an opportunity.
