Role & Responsibilities Support, coach, and ensure the guest experience team provides upbeat and professional service that exceeds guests’ expectations. Train new staff members and provide ongoing feedback. Coordinate departmental management, ensuring smooth operation, on‑spot problem solving, and timely reporting of technical issues. Serve as the escalation point for customer service issues, handling concerns quickly and professionally. Create a positive, encouraging team environment and motivate staff to achieve sales goals. Act as supervisor on duty – take charge of all guest services, cash handling, and security for Golden Skybridge. Ensure all Front Office operations meet cleanliness, appearance, customer service, safety, and environmental standards. Assist in meeting department financial goals by keeping labor costs within plan. Execute all work safely, professionally, and in compliance with Health & Safety and the Always Honest Policy. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven leadership and a passion for coaching and developing employees. Strong customer focus with friendly, professional, and efficient service. Effective problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills. High positive energy and willingness to take on new challenges. Ability to thrive and lead in a fast‑paced environment. Attention to detail and excellent communication and listening skills with local and international guests and staff. Second language skills highly advantageous. Solid knowledge of the products and services available in Golden and its surroundings. Accuracy and efficiency in handling large amounts of cash (CAD and US) and debit/credit transactions under fast‑paced conditions. Passion for employee and guest safety. Excellent organizational and multi‑tasking skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). First‑Aid training an asset. Physical demands: constant use of hands, repetitive actions, speaking, sitting/standing for long periods, frequent bending/twisting, outdoor work, lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs.
