The University of Guelph seeks a graduate student Teaching Assistant for the Integrative Biology academic unit. This in-class assignment involves senior undergraduate students and current biological topics, especially human health, disease, and global change. The appointment runs from January 7 to May 7, 2027.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete orientation and training requirements
- Hold office hours and consult with students
- Prepare course materials and attend meetings
- Conduct labs or seminars as assigned
- Invigilate exams and grade examinations or papers
Requirements:
- Graduate student at the University of Guelph
- Eligibility for employment in CUPE 3913 Unit 1
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Design Thinking and group facilitation
- Broad understanding of current biological topics
