We’re open Monday to Saturday. In this role you’ll deliver exceptional service, enhance the lives of our customers, in a supportive, dynamic, and rewarding environment. What Will You Be Doing?
Cultivating a culture of teamwork, collaboration, trust and dedication Providing training, development, and coaching to support staff growth and performance Establishing clear revenue targets and leading the team to achieve them Hiring, onboarding and training new team members Providing exceptional customer service with every customer interaction Coordinating and managing staff and doctor schedules Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable (AR/AP) Ensuring accurate and timely benefits submissions and maintaining up-to-date tracking Managing inventory to ensure accuracy and product availability Handling bank deposits and performing bank reconciliations Performing other duties and responsibilities as required to support store operations What Do You Bring?
