Visit Roam’s Website for more information: The Role We’re looking for a data‑driven, creative, and strategic Head Of Growth Marketing to accelerate our customer acquisition, activation, and retention efforts. You will own the growth funnel end‑to‑end—experimenting with new channels, scaling what works, and optimizing every stage of the customer journey. This role blends analytical rigor with creative problem‑solving. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Leadership to uncover opportunities, run high‑impact experiments, and drive measurable business growth. What You’ll Do Develop and execute a growth strategy focused on driving measurable improvements in acquisition, activation, and retention. Identify, test, and scale new marketing channels (paid, organic, partnerships, lifecycle, SEO, content, referrals, etc.). Own performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. Design and build landing pages, onboarding flows and email campaigns to test campaigns across platforms. Additionally, run rapid A/B tests to improve conversion rates. Build dashboards and analyze funnel performance to uncover insights and drive decisions. Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows, CRM campaigns, and lifecycle journeys. Collaborate with Product/Engineering on experiments that blend marketing + product growth levers. Conduct user segmentation, persona analysis, and cohort analysis to identify high‑leverage opportunities. Forecast growth outcomes, track KPIs, and report on performance to leadership. Stay ahead of growth trends, technologies, and tactics. What You Bring To The Role 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or lifecycle marketing (startup or high‑growth environment preferred). Strong analytical mindset—you’re comfortable using data to drive decisions and measure impact. Hands‑on experience with paid UA platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.). Experience managing CRM/lifecycle tools (HubSpot, Zendesk etc.). Familiarity with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, multivariate testing, funnel analysis). Strong understanding of growth metrics (CAC, LTV, retention curves, activation metrics, ROAS). Excellent copywriting and creative skills to produce compelling experiments and campaigns. Hands‑on experience building your own emails, landing pages, and other creatives. Comfortable working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. Bonus: Experience with SQL, no‑code tools, or product‑led growth.
