Deliver YMCA customer service and sales support in Collingwood, processing transactions accurately while helping members understand available programs and services.
At YMCA of Simcoe/Muskoka Collingwood, Membership Sales and Service staff achieve targets and support members, facility users, and program participants. You will respond to inquiries, explore customer needs, and maintain a welcoming service area. The role requires computer literacy, strong oral communication, and current CPR and First Aid.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service according to YMCA standards
- Achieve sales targets defined by the supervisor
- Process transactions accurately, efficiently, and on time
- Explain YMCA programs and services clearly
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized service area
Requirements:
- Proven customer service experience
- Computer literacy and excellent oral communication skills
- Adult Engagement and IC Level 1 Certification
- Emergency training with current CPR and First Aid
- Flexible availability for evenings and weekends
