Our client, a leader in manufacturing specializing in fire alarm systems, is seeking a Spécialiste en gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, planification, approvisionnement to join their team. As a Spécialiste en gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, planification, approvisionnement, you will be part of the Supply Chain Department supporting production and logistics teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Spécialiste en gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, planification, approvisionnement Location: Brossard, Québec Pay Range: $55000 - $65000 Shift: Day Shift What's the Job? Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders and demand forecasts to ensure on-time delivery. Monitor production progress, identify potential delays or material shortage issues, and coordinate timely resolutions. Handle daily procurement activities, including order entry, supplier communication, and payment tracking. Manage procurement-related documents and contract files, ensuring process compliance and complete records. Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, inspection, storage, issuing, and cycle counting to maintain inventory accuracy. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, procurement support, or warehouse management. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Kingdee, SAP) and office software (Excel, Word). Strong data analysis skills with the ability to propose optimization strategies. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with bilingual abilities considered an asset. What's in it for me?
