Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain high standards of customer experience in-store
• Reach or exceed sales and key performance indicators
• Process sales transactions swiftly and accurately
• Keep the store clean and visually appealing
• Manage the execution of merchandise inflow and outflow
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of retail experience emphasizing customer service
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proficient in basic MS Office programs
• Ability to regularly lift/carry 30 pounds
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
