Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the Application Development Team. Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define new product development projects. Manage team budgets and resources efficiently. Provide high‑level technical support on joint development projects. Foster collaborative relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Key Requirements Proven leadership experience in applications development or R&D, ideally in the Pulp & Paper industry. In‑depth knowledge of fibre chemistry, understanding of enzyme‑based applications is highly beneficial. Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and develop talent.
