The Personal Support Worker role involves assisting clients with personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, and companionship. You will work under a Care Coordinator, ensuring that client needs are met through dedicated support. This role provides the chance to build meaningful relationships while adhering to care plans and maintaining documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene needs
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping tasks
• Accompany clients on outings and run errands
• Provide medication reminders and assistance
• Document care activities and client progress
Requirements:
• Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent
• Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Willingness to complete a TB test or chest x-ray
• Ability to travel within designated areas
• Access to internet and mobile phone
