Merchandising Supervisor – Kent Building Supplies Join to apply for the Merchandising Supervisor role at Kent Building Supplies . The Merchandising Supervisor is responsible for leading the team towards our goal of improving and standardizing product presentation to enhance the customer shopping experience. This role supervises all assigned merchandising resets and service‑related tasks as outlined in product planograms and other merchandising execution documents across multiple stores. Position is based out of Saint John East but is responsible for planogram execution in St. Stephen, Saint John West, Saint John East, Rothesay, and Sussex. Responsibilities Train, administer, and manage a team of Merchandisers. Manage schedule and attendance to ensure a point‑of‑contact at each store. Execute planograms and merchandising in multiple stores. Maintain open communication with the Merchandising Manager and staff, effectively coordinating plans and procedures regarding sales objectives. Complete merchandising audits with store management, Merchandisers and the Manager. Ensure seamless execution of all visual standards and that business needs are addressed. Resolve issues regarding delivery, product, storage, display, customer service, etc. on an ongoing basis. Reflect the brand integrity of the company to customers. Motivate staff and align activities to achieve business goals. Qualifications Undergraduate degree or post‑secondary diploma in business administration or 3‑5 years retail/merchandising experience (asset). Excellent leadership and collaboration skills; proven ability to work across diverse groups and levels. Problem‑solving skills with the ability to recognize and lead through complex change. Results‑oriented and organized, delivering high quality work within tight timelines in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Strong multi‑tasking ability and high attention to detail. Valid driver’s license required. About Us Founded in 1882, J.D.
