Deliver strong customer service at Mark's as a Seasonal Associate, using communication skills in an on-location retail environment. Support customers across rotating store teams.
This entry-level Seasonal Associate creates helpful shopping experiences at Mark's. You will engage customers, assist frontline and cashier teams, and help shoppers find products quickly. The work includes customer service, transactions, restocking, and store upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the store
- Assist frontline and cashier teams with customer needs
- Rotate between frontline, cashier, and customer service teams
- Restock merchandise and support seasonal changeover activities
- Handle cash and credit transactions
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High energy and enthusiasm
- Drive to succeed in an entry-level position
- Previous cash handling experience is an asset
- High school education or current enrollment
