Strong performance leads to high expectations, and we must keep raising the bar We're looking for a Talent Agent within our influencer talent agency division to represent and manage the careers of various social media influencers. The ideal candidate is positive, creative, dedicated, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Talent Agent should have an in-depth understanding of social media marketing, brand partnerships, talent management, talent representation, contract negotiations, and possess a deep network of social media influencers. What You'll Do Here: Discover and sign large influencers seeking business management Represent the business and brands of leading social media personalities Seek out brand partnerships for specific talent and the agency as a whole Stay updated on trends in influencer marketing Identify and pursue new opportunities such as TV and film casting, early adopters for new apps, and collaboration opportunities for influencers Present and assist with growth strategies for influencers You'll Need To Have: Minimum 3 years of experience in talent management or representation of social media influencers and/or celebrities University degree or equivalent experience Existing deep network of social media influencers and talent At least 2 years of professional experience managing brand partnerships and talent management, preferably at an agency Viral Nation is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
