Duties and Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and interpret project, financial, and operational data from construction systems (ERP, project management, equipment, and safety). Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor project performance, costs, schedules, productivity, and safety metrics. Track construction KPIs and provide actionable insights to support project planning, forecasting, and decision-making. Extract, transform, and validate data obtained from various sources to build clean and consistent datasets for analysis. Develop and maintain standardized data models and metrics that promote a single source of truth across teams. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across projects and reporting tools. Automate reporting processes and support BI system implementation and optimization. Collaborate with Project Managers, Finance, and Operations to meet data and reporting needs. Monitor data quality and proactively identify inconsistencies or gaps in data integrity, working with technical teams to resolve issues. Automate recurring data requests and streamline manual reporting processes. Present insights clearly to management and assist teams in using dashboards effectively. Stay updated on BI tools and construction analytics best practices to improve reporting and analysis. Qualifications / Experience / Competencies Completion of a bachelor’s degree in computer science/data science/information systems or related field. 3+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role within a data‑driven environment. Experience with machine learning and analytics. Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets. Hands‑on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI. Experience with Google Sheets, including Google Apps Script for automation and integrations. Familiarity with ETL concepts and data transformation tools. Comfortable working with APIs and cloud‑based data platforms. Good understanding of data modeling, data governance, and best practices for maintaining data quality and consistency. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy. Excellent communication skills; able to simplify complex data findings for non‑technical audiences. Proactive, curious, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team setting. Organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Salary Range: $65,000 – $85,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This role involves gathering, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets; developing dashboards and reports; and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support strategic planning and operational efficiency.
